The Portuguese-American Association of Falmouth, Inc. is home to "The Navigator". Not only do we use the building for our meetings, but it is a year-round rental facility available for many different functions:

The Navigator has an outdoor patio . We have an outdoor BBQ stand, covered, for those who like clam boils and other foods. We have a year-round liquor license, and we can provide a wide range of beverages and other situations. There is a large commercial kitchen that accommodates hundreds of visitors and supported by volunteers! The Navigator facility also is a voting precinct for locals, state, and federal elections. |
The Navigator" can be configured for many different types of rentals. Up to 24 tables, sitting 8, can be provided. During a visit you will see a set-up of 9 tables to demonstrate the seating and serving situations. There is a dance floor and stage for entertainment along with our Navigator Bar stocked with your favorite refreshments. For additional refreshments our Bar Manager can help you with special needs.
During the Summer season, a large patio can be used. A roofed BBQ area is available for your Clam/Lobster boils.

"The Navigator" is located in a Cape Cod rural location 7 miles north of Falmouth Center and 12 miles south of the Bourne Bridge. It is easily reached easterly on Rte-151 from Rte-28. 55 Ashumet Road is 1/4 mile off Sandwich Road. See the map. There is plenty of on-site parking, on two levels, including handicapped spots, and it is well lit!

After contacting our Rental Coordinator by eMail (preferred) or by phone 508-563-7396, please tell us your overall objective and dates. If your date is flexible, please let us know so you can obtain the best pricing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, and also provide the down payments or other financial arrangements that may be agreed. The Rental Coordinator will carefully review your requirements and fully detail your responsibilities. The contract has all the details for your review and signature. Most of the renters visit our facility to ensure all questions are answered.
